A shortage of funds is not a big problem when they want to build a house. There are several solutions for overcoming the above problems one of which is designing a house with home grown concept. The house is a concept that grew quite interesting because when the building, we do not need to build a whole building houses, but only partly, although partially built, but still we design the house as a whole. many problems that occur when designing a home to grow is in its structure. Consider the case say there is a house that was 1 floor, then to grow into 2 floors, which originally was not designed this house as a 2 floor house, then the problem arises is that we must change the size of foundations to be larger and this takes time and costs not small.
